But Aussie soap Neighbours were impressed with her abilities that they asked her to join the crew as the character "Nina Tucker". Nina Tucker was a shy school girl who blossoms when people realise she is a gifted musician. her 2nd single Born to Try (That she wrote), was then released.The lyrics were so meanigful and beautiful.

Born to Try was then quickly folowed by her second single, lost Wihtout You (the same song Christian singer Jaci V sang..only better [no offence! :P]the lyrics are a bit different too. It became the most played song on the radio in 2003.

Innocent Eyes her album was then released. With beautiful vocals and talented songwriting and piano skills, it was number one in australia for 28 weeks.

Her single innocent eyes came out shortly after Innocent Eyes the album came out. innocent eyes was a story of growing up and remembering and wanting to keep your innocent eyes.

I was such a great fan of hers by then and i was shoked when I had realised she was diagnoosed with cancer. She shot her video clip for Not Me Not i, during treatment and took the rest of the year off.

Not Me Not I, is personally my favourite delta song. It is so beautiful and the lyrics are so touching.

Delta's last single to be released from Innocent Eyes was Predictable.

Delta cleaned up at the aria awards winning7 arias! shes also rumoured taht she has a great cance of winning the gold logie.

Delta is now supposebly is remission and is ready to storm up the US and Canadian charts!
