A. promosquad is separated into five main areas: The Promosquad Jukebox (rate new music), Polls/Interactive, Get Famous, the Prize Store, and the Message Boards.

The Promosquad Jukebox (rate new music)

The promosquad jukebox has become Record Labels' "secret weapon" for song testing. You'll hear new music in the Jukebox first, before it's on the radio! You Make a Difference! Labels and artists continue to really pay attention and trust the way that our members rate and give feedback on their music. The jukebox is always freshly loaded with tunes from some of the hottest up and coming artists in the world.

You can also let us know what you think of today's hottest artists in the Fame Gauge. And sometimes we have bonus questions about whether or not you would by CD's from the artists you're rating

Q. "Does My opinion really matter?"

A. Whether it's an artist signed to a major record label looking for their next hit, or an unsigned newcomer looking for their big break...they want your opinion! You Make a Difference! Our members have put some of today's biggest hits on the air!

Q. "How often do you add new songs to rate in the jukebox?"

A. We load new songs into the promosquad jukebox all the time! If you find that you have completed rating the existing songs, don't wait too long to come back and check for more....chances are good that within a few hours there will be more stuff there for you too listen to and vote on.

Q. "What is the Fame Gauge?"

A. We want to know what you think of today's hottest artists. On the Jukebox page you'll find the Fame Gauge (in addition of course to the Jukebox). Each week tell us what you think of today's biggest names in music.

Promosquad Interactive

The place to go for polls, music news, gossip, countdown charts, and more. Another great place to get your opinion heard and to earn points towards prizes in the Prize Store.

Get Famous

Know someone that deserves to be the next famous music star? Maybe it's you, or a friend, or that great group you caught at a show last weekend. Well this is the place to tell us about them. It's easy, submit your favorites, and you could be on your way to landing them a real record deal and $1000 finder's fee for yourself in the process.

Q. "Can We really get artists signed?"

A. Yes! There are a handful of artists that will be releasing major label albums in the next few months, all because of promosquad, and Get Famous!

Prize Store

This is where you can cash in your points for great prizes like the latest CDs, electronics, and other one of a kind items directly from the record labels.

Q. "How long does it take to get my prize?"

A. Please always allow up to six weeks for prizes to arrive at your door. While many items may be in stock in our warehouse, we do get back ordered occasionally. You may keep track of your current orders by clicking on the "my stats" section of the site at any time.

Message Boards

Where do you go to hang out with the rest of the promosquad community? Right here...voice your opinions, share info, ask some questions, whatever you want...it's open for you 24/7!

Q. "How do you keep track of my points?"

A. Actually, everything you do at promosquad is tracked because you create a unique ID when you pick your username. Every time you rate a song, participate in a poll, submit a news story, etc...we make sure it is you that gets credited because of your unique ID.

Q. "How did you come up with such a totally cool concept?"

A. Many of the people that work here have worked in the music business for years at record companies, radio stations, and recording studios. We always knew that the best way to find great music would be by putting the job directly in the hands of the fans. At promosquad you'll make a real difference in the music industry by finding new talent and helping labels to pick singles and artists. We just figured it was time for you to be more in control.
